- Catalyzes the removal of nucleotides from single-stranded DNA in 3' to 5' direction.
- Recombinant, E. coli.
Mix the following reaction components:
- 25 - 50 µl of PCR assay (post amplification)
- 0.5 µl (10 U) Exonuclease I
- 1 µl (5 U) Polar BAP
Heat inactivate 15 min at 80°C.
Use up to 5 µl directly for subsequent sequencing without any further purification.
